Steve Weinstein joined the brokerage team of our Norfolk office as an Associate in 2023 after successfully completing the extensive S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. summer internship program.
Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Steve was a Business Analyst at Insure Workforce LLC, where he gained extensive experience in prospecting, market research, and data analysis.
Steve joined the company with the intention of becoming well-versed in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on the sales and leasing of retail, industrial, and office buildings.
He is a graduate of University of Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.
