Sue Hartley joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Company in 2008 as a Community Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2012. She oversees a diverse portfolio with expertise spanning conventional, LIHTC, RAD, new construction lease-ups, and historic and adaptive reuse communities. Known for her strong leadership and results-driven approach, Sue is dedicated to creating value for owners and investors while fostering thriving communities for residents.
