About Teosha
Teosha is an Accredited Residential Manager and Certified Property Manager Candidate who has successfully managed both affordable and conventional multifamily communities for upwards of twenty years.
She originally joined S.L. Nusbaum as a Regional Property Manager in 2020 and has recently returned. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant with AIMCO in 2000. Through the course of her career, she’s been promoted to Leasing Agent, Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and has been a Regional Property Manager since 2017. She currently oversees a portfolio consisting of senior communities located in Northern Virginia and Upper Marlboro, MD.
