Thomas Clarkson joined the brokerage team within our Richmond office as an Associate in 2023 after completing our comprehensive S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. internship program in the summer of 2022.
Thomas previously participated in a Wells Fargo University internship program in the summer of 2021 gaining insight into the financial world. He created brokerage branch profile sheets for all St. Louis Area branches and worked with the region’s Productivity Consultant to run reports for Financial Advisors in the use of analyzing books of business for investment opportunities. He also lead a group project on Program Networking and Engagement to include assigning tasks, monitoring timelines, managing project data, and presenting the findings to Program Leadership.
Thomas Clarkson works with a team of seasoned professionals. He is gaining experience in diverse asset types, including office spaces and national retail operators. With a passion for growth and determination to succeed, Thomas looks forward to contributing his skills to assist with industrial clients and hopes to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
He is a graduate of the University of Richmond, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Finance), with a minor in Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies.
