About Tricia

Tricia joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in July, 2014 as our Assistant Payroll Manager and was promoted in January, 2020 to Payroll Manager. She brings with her 27 years of accounting experience working for various types of businesses, including an eye doctor’s office, fire alarm installation, electrical contracting, business career school, seafood processing plant, and a mental health and substance abuse healthcare provider.

In her current role, Tricia is responsible for a variety of tasks including: managing the Sr. Payroll Administrator, two Payroll Coordinators, as well as the Benefits Administrator, administering our 401K plan, centralizing payroll processing by developing streamlined policies and procedures, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agencies, maintaining and processing Q/A for commissions and quarterly bonus payrolls, assisting with internal and external audits, and preparing and reconciling accounts.
