Alex Vitello Joins S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Richmond Brokerage Team

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Alex Vitello has joined the brokerage team of our Richmond office as an Associate.

Alex started out as an intern in the summer of 2022, where he had the opportunity to gain exposure to various segments of the industry, to include commercial brokerage and multifamily property management.

Through that experience, he was able to determine the best fit for his skill set and will be starting his career in commercial real estate with our sales and leasing team.

In this new role, Alex will provide services in client representation, lease and sales contract negotiation and market research.

He has attended both Longwood University and Old Dominion University, where he recently obtained his B.S. in Real Estate Management.
