Buc-ee’s Continues Expansion Plans in Virginia

Richmond, VA (September 2023) – Buc-ee’s Mt. Crawford, LLC has purchased 21.30 acres located at I-81 & Route 681 (Friedens Church Road) in Rockingham County, VA from Lispen LLC for $6,581,753.30. Nathan Shor and Larry Agnew represented the buyer in this transaction. Shor is the Exclusive Buyer Representative for Buc-ee’s in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The property will be constructed as a Buc-ee’s Super Center, comprised of up to 75,000 square feet of retail space, 120 fueling positions, multiple EV chargers and parking for over 650 cars, including bus and RV parking.

Over the past two decades, the chain has opened more than 25 Super Centers throughout the south. This will be the second Virginia store for the Texas-based retailer, with plans to open a total of 4 locations in the Commonwealth over the next few years.
