Dollar Tree to Occupy Former Rite Aid Location on Laburnum Avenue

RICHMOND, VA (December 2022):  S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. has leased 502 E. Laburnum Avenue in Richmond, VA.. David T. Kalman provided landlord representation services in this transaction.

The 11,324 square foot, freestanding retail building sits on 1.524 acres in the Raceway Shopping Center at the corner of Richmond-Henrico Turnpike and E. Laburnum Avenue.

“Dollar Tree was very excited about this location as it filled a gap in the Highland Park area.  An opening date has not been announced, but it is anticipated they will open in mid-December after a complete remodel of the building.  The building was originally built for Rite Aid in 1995 and was converted to a Walgreen’s location in conjunction with their purchase of Rite Aid.”, said  Kalman.
