Former James River Transportation Building Sells for $9M

RICHMOND, VA (August 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of 915 N. Allen Avenue in Richmond, VA for $9,000,000. Douglas O. Tice, III represented the seller, Storyland Properties LLC.

The 16,560 square foot commercial property sits on 4.33 acres and was formerly occupied by James River Transportation. The purchaser, Jefferson Street Partners II LLC., is affiliated with Academy Bus Lines, which acquired James River Transportation in 2023.
