Sam Huang has caught the restaurant bug again and he’s spreading his newest concept into the Richmond market.
The serial restaurateur is bringing Domoishi, a new fast-casual chain serving ramen dishes, bubble teas, poke bowls and Korean-fried chicken wings, to 6443 Centralia Road in the Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center.
