Gayton Crossing Comes Full Circle With Leasing Team

RICHMOND, VA (May 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has been retained by Continental Realty Corporation of Baltimore to provide exclusive leasing services for the Gayton Crossing Shopping Center located at Gaskins Road and Gayton Road in Richmond, VA.
The center was originally developed by S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. and Woolfolk Properties in 1981, affording the team comprehensive knowledge and insight on all facets of the property.
The 160,830 square foot shopping center, situated in the heart of the West End of Richmond, represents a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and community engagement. With its diverse tenant mix and prime location in one of the most densely populated areas in Henrico County, Gayton Crossing has long been a cornerstone of the local retail landscape, attracting visitors from across the region.
Shadow-anchored by Kroger, tenants within the center include: Wells Fargo, Gold’s Gym, Starbucks, The Melting Pot, VA ABC Store, and Bank of America.
Current vacancies range from 810 to 6,000 square feet and include second generation restaurant space on a highly visible outparcel, as well as various inline suites.
The leasing team will be comprised of Adam Shor, Andrew Thacker, Bob Butcher and Nathan Shor. Butcher originally served as property manager for the center shortly after its initial development.
