RICHMOND, VA – (October 2023) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of 402 E. Grace Street in Richmond, VA. 402 East of Grace, LLC. purchased the property from Jemals 402 Grace, LLC c/o Douglas Development Corporation for $435,000. Douglas O. Tice, III and Nathan Shor represented the seller in this transaction.

The two-story, 5,100 square foot retail/office property is located within 1 – 2 blocks of hotels, restaurants, and the Richmond Convention Center and features a storefront entry, rear service entrance and separate 2nd floor access. Built in 1932, the building reflects a distinctive original design and signage.

Future redevelopment plans have not yet been disclosed by the new owner.
