RICHMOND, VA (March 2022): 9464 Chamberlayne LLC has purchased the HNG Building located at 9464 Chamberlayne Road, Mechanicsville, VA from Harris, Norman & Giles for $1,695,000.00. David T. Kalman represented the seller.
The 6,160 square foot first floor of the 11,020 square foot office building was recently vacated and will be occupied by the purchasers. As part of the transaction, Norman Company Inc., one of the sellers of the building, entered into a leaseback transaction with the purchasers and will remain a tenant after the sale.
