1701 Rhoadmiller Street consists of a 25,520 square foot distribution facility on .a 735 acre site and 2508 Hermitage Road is comprised of a 14,700 square foot warehouse building on a .978 acre.
Both sites are located within the Diamond District of Richmond, VA, a prime redevelopment hub at the crossroads of 1-64/I-95 and North Arthur Ashe Boulevard.
The properties were previously owned by Golf Acres Investments LLC and sold to TRP Hermitage LLC. The new owner plans to land bank the properties for future development.
