NORFOLK, VA – (March 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Janet Conrad Moore has joined the firm as Vice President, Retail Brokerage & Development.
Janet brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on retail landlord and tenant representation.
Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., she worked as a Senior Retail Advisor with The Shopping Center Group specializing in landlord representation of community, regional and neighborhood shopping centers, both independently and with partners.
In her new role, Janet will utilize her extensive skills and expertise to focus on landlord and tenant representation, including the leasing, sales and development of retail properties in both the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
Janet holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate) from Old Dominion University and a Master of Arts in Education Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University.
