Land ‘N’ Sea Expands Norfolk Operations

Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing, Inc., a full service, wholesale only distributor serving the marine, RV and PWC industries, has leased 115,680 square feet at 3321 Princess Anne Road in Norfolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord in this transaction and Chamie Burroughs of Colliers International represented the tenant.

An additional 80,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space offering dock and grade loading is now available for immediate occupancy.
