A great script would be delivered the next morning. Zarpas and his partner had to read it and make an offer. Other studios would snag it if they didn’t.
Zarpas, now a successful commercial real estate broker in downtown Norfolk, had an instinct for a good deal. Especially deals that can produce more than money.
