Norfolk, VA – (January 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. (SLN) is pleased to announce that Maggie Spillane has joined the Shopping Center Leasing Division as a Leasing Associate.
Before joining SLN, Maggie was Director of Commercial Real Estate with McKinley Companies, Inc., where she oversaw all operations, including construction, budgeting and leasing activity for a local asset. In addition, she negotiated new leases and renewals for a portfolio of office, retail and NNN properties totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet.
In her new role, Maggie will utilize her extensive background in the industry to provide landlord representation and leasing services for a variety of shopping centers throughout the Hampton Roads region.
