Veteran retail broker brings 25 years of landlord representation and long-standing Hampton Roads client relationships to the firm
NORFOLK, VA (November 2, 2026) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Natalie Hucke has joined its Shopping Center Leasing team as Senior Retail Advisor. Hucke brings 25 years of retail real estate experience to the firm.
Hucke has spent her career primarily representing landlords, from national REITs to regional grocery-anchored owners and local investors and has consistently handled approximately 850,000 to 1 million square feet of retail space. Many of her clients have worked with her for 10 to 25 years. She also brings extensive tenant representation experience, with recent assignments for Rack Room Shoes, The UPS Store, Caliber Collision, Escapology and Torch Yoga.
Hucke joins Nusbaum from Colliers International.
