RICHMOND, VA (August 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce B&B Property Investment LLC has purchased 7 N. 17^th Street in Richmond, Virginia from 7 N 17^th St LLC for $770,000. Sarah Sadler and Austin Newman, SIOR represented the seller and Andrew Brodie and Andrew Thacker represented the buyer in this transaction.

The 2,312-square foot space will be reimagined and transformed into a new concept by the owner, who currently operates Casa Herradura in Ashland, VA.

The seller, 7 N 17^th Street, LLC, an entity registered to EAT Partners, owns multiple establishments throughout the Richmond market.

The S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. team identified the vacant property as a promising opportunity for their client, leading to a successful transaction.
