Richmond, VA (October 2023) – MON AMU MK VA LLC has purchased a 25,426 square foot industrial facility on 2.655 acres located at 10300 Northlake Park Drive in Ashland, Virginia from FRHP 1 LLC for $4,025,000. Nathan Shor and Reid Cardon represented the seller in this transaction.

The highly visible showroom/warehouse/repair facility is located within the Northlake Business Park, near Lakeridge Business Park and Hanover Industrial Air Park and within close proximity to Winding Brook – a 185-acre, mixed-use development comprised of retail, restaurants, hotels, townhomes, and office/medical space.

Previously home to Camping World’s Airstream Division, the building features 18’ ceiling heights, 3 dock doors, 2 drive in doors and one truck well.

The new owner will be backfilling the site with a national supply house.
