Phillip joins S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. after spending the past several years working for Tranzon Fox, a national real estate auction firm, where he represented a multitude of sellers ranging from lending institutions, corporations and private individuals using the accelerated marketing strategy to dispose of assets. Prior to his association with Tranzon, Phillip spent 10 years as a firefighter/paramedic with the Henrico County Division of Fire.
In his current role, Phillip will focus on commercial brokerage, landlord/seller representation and tenant representation throughout the Richmond area.
