Richmond, VA (November 2021) – We are pleased to announce that Carter Wells has joined the firm’s Richmond office as an Associate in the Brokerage Division.
Carter comes to the company with nearly five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, he was with Colliers International as an Operations Analyst on the Business Development Team. Carter began his career in commercial real estate in 2017 as a Research Analyst with the CoStar Group.
Carter will focus on the representation of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial property.
He holds a Master of Science in Geomatics and Geospatial Intelligence from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in GIS from James Madison University.
