• Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group has leased 3,858 square feet of office space at 100 Constitution Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the landlord.
• Krispy Krunchy Chicken has leased 2,317 square feet of retail space at ODU University Village in Norfolk, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
• 2317 ELCR, LLC has leased 2,250 square feet of office space at 1310 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
