NORFOLK, VA – (September 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $12 million in sales and lease volume on 193,791 square feet and approximately 12 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Taylor’s Do It Center/Pleasant’s Hardware has leased 11,288 square feet of retail space at 9520 Chamberlayne Road in Mechanicsville, VA. Tommy Drew represented the tenant.
• Victory Lady, Inc. has leased 7,500 square feet of retail space at 8099-A West Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Bob Butcher represented the tenant.
• Epoch Furnishing has leased 3,550 square feet of industrial space at 6290 Old Warwick Road in Richmond, VA. Graham Sheridan and Colin Williams represented the tenant.
• Eyemart Express has leased 2,946 square feet of retail space at 4830 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord and Sam Rapoport represented the tenant.
