NORFOLK, VA – (December 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $12 million in sales and lease volume on 142,790 square feet and approximately 11 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• InPwr, Inc. has leased 13,840 square feet of industrial space at 3559-63 Argonne Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
• Capstone ISG, Inc. has leased 3,717 square feet of office space at 4563 Lifestyle Lane in Midlothian, VA. Andrew Thacker represented the landlord.
• Transitions Float RVA has leased 3,491 square feet of retail space in Sycamore Square Shopping Center at 1312 Sycamore Square in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher and Andrew Thacker represented the landlord.
