NORFOLK, VA – (April 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $13.3 million in sales and lease volume on 206,878 square feet and approximately 5.5244 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices: 

NEW LEASES:

• HII Fleet Support Group has leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 1155 Pineridge Road in Norfolk, VA. Sam Rapoport and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
• Dollar General has leased 11,772 square feet of retail space at Mattress Firm Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Hucke and Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
• Smithfield Foods leased 7,000 square feet of retail space at Smithfield Square in Smithfield, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
