NORFOLK, VA – (March 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $13.5 million in sales and lease volume on 132,001 square feet and 3.4 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices: 

NEW LEASES:

• Decisions, LLC has leased 10,450 square feet of office space at 238 S. Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Ashley Bussey represented the landlord.
• Great Lakes Dredge and Dock, LLC has leased 4,441 square feet of retail/office space located at 7453 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
• Sentara Enterprises has leased 4,342 square feet of office space at 11844 Rock Landing Drive in Newport News, VA. Ashley Bussey represented the tenant.
• Sentara Enterprises has leased 3,000 square feet of office space at 5360 Discovery Drive in Williamsburg, VA. Ashley Bussey represented the tenant.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

• F. Batte & Sons of Richmond, Inc. has purchased the former Famous Dave’s, located across from Mission BBQ at 7009 W. Broad Street at Glenside Drive in Henrico, VA , an 8,000 square foot commercial building on 1.059 acre, as a 1031 exchange from HNM Willow Lawn, LLC for $2,300,000. The property has been ground leased and converted to a new AAA facility prototype, includes eight (8) service bays and offers all other standard AAA auto services. Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
• Providence Storage, LLC has purchased a 3,000 square foot office building on 1.78 acre located 6009 Providence Road in Virginia Beach, VA from Crisanto D. Romero and Cynthia C. Romero, individually and as members of Romero Enterprises, LLC, for $625,000. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR, Chris Zarpas and Seth Norman represented the seller.
• Coastal Virginia Group, LLC has purchased .582 acre located at 709 Burrow Avenue in Chesapeake, VA from DM&M Properties, LLC for $230,000. Chris Zarpas and Pierce Jacobson represented the seller and Martin Murden and John Wessling, CCIM and Bill Overman, CCIM represented the buyer.
