NORFOLK, VA – (November 2018) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $14 million in sales and lease volume on 133,719 square feet and approximately 32 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Accurate Courier Express, Inc. has leased 16,276 square feet of industrial space located at 3412 Inventors Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
• Tom’s Galley Mobile Canteen Services LLC has leased 4,469 square feet located at 840 and 844 W. 39^th Street in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord and Pierce Jacobson represented the tenant.
• Candela’s Pizzeria & Ristorante has leased 3,200 square feet of retail space at Huguenot Village Shopping Center in Richmond, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
