NORFOLK, VA – (August 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $17 million in sales and lease volume on 323,618 square feet and 33.27 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices: 

NEW LEASES: 

• Big Lots has leased 42,500 square feet of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
• Longoven, LLC has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 2939 W. Clay Street in Richmond, VA. Elliot Warsof represented the tenant and Reid Cardon represented the landlord.
• Cricket Wireless has leased 2,369 square feet of retail space at Warwick Denbigh Shopping Center in Newport News, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
