NORFOLK, VA – (June 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $17 million in sales and lease volume on 146,787 square feet and approximately 58 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Off the Wall, LLC has leased 8,400 square feet of retail space at Arch Village Shopping Center, Unit 2 in Chesterfield, VA. Elliot Warsof and Nathan Shor represented the landlord and Andrew Thacker represented the tenant.
  • Taylor6 LLC has leased 9,344 square feet of industrial space on .729 acre at 1015 Prudence Road in Suffolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord.
  • Paramount Industrial Companies, Inc. has leased 7,854 square feet of industrial space at 1157 Production Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord.
  • Eastern Virginia Medical School has leased 4,562 square feet of industrial space at 2409-A Bowdens Ferry Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
  • Sal’s Pizza has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center in Suffolk, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
  • Clean Air Solutions Inc. of Virginia has leased 2,200 square feet of industrial space at 2501 Performance Court in Virginia Beach, VA. Pierce Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Dollar Bank, FSB has ground leased 1.89 acre at 750 Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake, VA. Sam Rapoport and Michael Gurley represented the tenant.

  • Shore, LLC has purchased 7,400 square feet of retail space located at 4425 and 4429 Shore Drive in Virginia Beach, VA from White Tiger, LLC for $1,237,500. John Wessling, CCIM, Bill Overman, CCIM, Murray Rosenbach and Seth Norman represented the seller.
  • Dollar Bank, FSB has purchased an 11,274 square foot office building on 1.826 acre located at 750 Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake, VA from TowneBank for $1,087,320.   • ACO Development, LLC has purchased a 9,120 square foot flex building on 1 acre located at 2503 58th Street in Hampton, VA from Golden Eagle Realties, LLC for $920,350.
