NEW LEASES:

  • York County has leased 16,844 square feet of retail space at Washington Square Shopping Center in Grafton, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
  • Stanley Steemer International, Inc. has leased 10,200 square feet of industrial space at 1754 Oak Lake Boulevard in Chesterfield, VA. Zach Brenner, Colin Williams and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
  • Ladybug Concrete Specialists, Inc. has leased 9,000 square feet of industrial space on 1.2596 acre at 2728 Nevada Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Seth Norman and Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.
