NORFOLK, VA (April 2021) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $19 million in sales and lease volume on 297,771 square feet and approximately 17 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices: 

NEW LEASES:

• EIMSKIP has subleased 50,400 square feet of industrial space at 2000 Enterprise Parkway in Hampton, VA. Pierce Jacobson and Martin Murden represented the sublessee.
• Surplus Freight has leased 26,000 square feet of retail space at Victory West Shopping Center in Portsmouth, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
• Surplus Furniture has leased 16,361 square feet of retail space in Park South Shopping Center at 798 Southpark Boulevard in Colonial Heights, VA. Graham Sheridan, Nathan Shor and Zach Hernandez represented the landlord.
