NORFOLK, VA (January 2026) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $20 million in sales and lease volume on 111,715 square feet and approximately 14 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • McDonald’s USA, LLC has leased 4.47 acres located at 3264 Holland Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Martin Murden and Douglas O. Tice, III, CCIM represented the landlord.
  • Rayan Smoke Shop has leased 6,404 square feet of industrial space at 5721 Bayside Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
  • Atlantic Container Line has leased 4,776 square feet of office space at Two Columbus Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Good and Austin Newman, SIOR represented the tenant.
  • Eastern Adult Day Center, LLC has leased 4,367 square feet of office space at 1514 Holland Road, Suite 3 in Suffolk, VA. Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.
