NEW LEASES:

• Old Towne Public House has leased 5,400 square feet of retail space at 467 Court Street in Portsmouth, VA. Martin Murden represented the landlord.
• The Green Kitchen has subleased 2,610 square feet of retail space at 314 N. 25^th Street in Richmond, VA. Elliot Warsof represented the subtenant.
• Turquoise’s School of Dance has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at College Park Square Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
