NORFOLK/RICHMOND, VA – (January 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $21 million in sales and lease volume on 183,653 square feet and 9.585 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Thy Kingdom Christian Church has leased 15,000 square feet of commercial space at 1520 Halstead Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Chris Zarpas and Ashley Bussey represented the tenant.
• Peak Experiences, Inc. has leased 15,000 square feet of retail space at 1375 Overbrook Road in Richmond, VA. Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
• First Choice In-Homecare, Inc. has leased 12,580 square feet of office space at Crossways Commerce Center in Chesapeake, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the tenant.
• Encompass Home Health Care has leased 9,247 square feet of office space at Gateway Centre II in Chesterfield, VA. Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
• The PatinaFactory.com has leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 5780-C Arrowhead Drive in Virginia Beach. Michael Myers represented the landlord and Seth Norman represented the tenant.

• The Schreiber Company has purchased The Plaza at the Highlands, a 14,775 square foot shopping center on 2.6 acres in Triadelphia, West Virginia from UG Wheeling WV 7B, LLC for $5,750,000. Joseph Mersel represented the buyer.
• Chesapeake Regional Medical Center has purchased a 15,526 square foot office building located on 1.16 acres at 1034 Battlefield Boulevard South in Chesapeake, VA. From TowneBank for $2,500,000. John M. Profilet, SIOR and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller.
• Hutton Team, LLC has purchased .709 acre located at 5915 W. Broad Street in Richmond, VA from H.W. Rountree’s Luggage Co. for $965,000. Nathan Shor represented the seller.
