NORFOLK, VA – (December 2018) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $22 million in sales and lease volume on 670,608 square feet and approximately 20 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• TeeItUp, LLC has leased 2,346 square feet of retail space at The Shoppes at Bellgrade located at 11400 W. Huguenot Road in Chesterfield, VA. Andrew Thacker and Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
• Dollar Bank has leased 2,160 square feet of retail space at Greenbrier Square in Chesapeake, VA. Sam Rapoport and Michael Gurley represented the tenant.
• Servant Management Solutions, Inc. has leased 1,935 square feet of office space located at 825 Grove Road in Midlothian, VA. Colin Williams represented the tenant.
• Pleasant Pest Control and Sanitation Services, LLC has leased 1,800 square feet of flex space located at 8175 Staples Mill Road in Henrico, VA. Colin Williams represented the landlord.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

• COVA Acquisitions One, LLC has purchased the 173,199 square foot Hampton Plaza Shopping Center located at 4019 W. Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, VA from Kazis Hampton Holding Company LLC, Weiner Hampton Holding Company LLC, and Littig Hampton Holding Company LLC for $8,700,000. Michael Zarpas represented the seller.
• Homeco LLC has purchased a 415,000 square foot industrial building on 12 acres located at 3321 E. Princess Anne Road in Norfolk, VA from 3321 Realty Corporation for $2,500,000. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Ashley Bussey represented the seller.
