NORFOLK, VA (May 2026) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $23 million in sales and lease volume on 213,837 square feet and approximately 29 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

Pepe, Inc. has leased 5,250 square feet of retail space at Oxbridge Square Shopping Center located at 10001 Hull Street Road in Richmond, VA. Andrew Thacker, Adam Shor and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
TJ Arreglos Florists has leased 4,200 square feet of retail space at 360 West Shopping Center located at 7106 Hull Street Road in N. Chesterfield, VA. Andrew Brodie, Trib Sutton and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
