NORFOLK, VA (June 2021) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $23 million in sales and lease volume on 314,565 square feet and approximately 14 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Pinnacle 31 LLC has ground leased 2.26 acres of land at 521 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Bill Overman, CCIM, John Wessling, CCIM and Martin Murden represented the landlord.
• Continental Terminals, Inc. has leased 91,552 square feet of industrial space at 324 Moore Avenue, Building 2, in Suffolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the tenant.
• Financial Literacy of America has leased 4,495 square feet of office space at Greenwood Shopping Center in Hampton, VA. Mike Zarpas and Martin Murden represented the landlord.

• 1215 St. Julian, LLC has purchased a 23,475 square foot industrial property on 5.52 acres located at 1215 St. Julian Avenue in Norfolk, VA for $1,400,000. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the buyer.
