NORFOLK, VA – (December 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $23 million in sales and lease volume on 160,022 square feet and approximately 14 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:  

• Wayne’s Home has leased 25,132 square feet of retail space at 1543 Sam’s Circle in Chesapeake, VA. Chris Devine and Seth Norman represented the tenant.
• Hometown Sales and Leasing has leased 8,470 square feet of retail space at Smithfield Shopping Center in Smithfield, VA. Ben Leon and Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
• L. Nusbaum Realty Co./Richmond has subleased 7,737 square feet of office space at 7200 Glen Forest Drive in Richmond, VA. Austin Newman represented the tenant.
• Central VA Realty & LeGault Homes has subleased 5,535 square feet of office space in Concourse Commons at 11520 Nuckols Road in Henrico, VA. Reid Cardon represented the subtenant.
