NEW LEASES:

• Taco Bell has ground leased a .50 acre outparcel located at 29^th Street and Pacific Avenue in Virginia Beach, VA. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the landlord.
• A&M Enterprises, Inc. has leased 25,854 square feet of industrial space at 1157 Production Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord.
• H&P Electric Company has leased 9,060 square feet of industrial space at 5764 Arrowhead Drive, in Virginia Beach, VA. Pierce Jacobson and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
