NORFOLK, VA (November 2020) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $24 million in sales and lease volume on 280,115 square feet and approximately 294 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:
