NORFOLK, VA – (October 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $24 million in sales and lease volume on 198,900 square feet and approximately 4 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Port Rover has leased 7,219 square feet of retail space at Victory West Shopping Center located at 2880-B Airline Boulevard in Portsmouth, VA. Mike Zarpas handled the transaction.
  • Albemarle Physicians Services has leased 5,649 square feet of office space at 112 Medical Drive in Elizabeth City, NC. Chris Zarpas and Chris Devine represented the landlord.
  • Frank’s Pizza has leased 4,200 square feet of retail space at 2444 Bainbridge Boulevard, Unit D in Chesapeake, VA. Chris Zarpas and Martin Murden represented the landlord.
  • L&L Hawaiian BBQ has leased 2,238 square feet of retail space at Towne Place at Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.

  • Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV has purchased Riverside Corporate Center, a 90,000 square foot office building located at 240 Corporate Boulevard in Norfolk, VA from FHC Property Holdings, LLC for $12,970,000. John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the seller and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Chris Devine represented the buyer.
  • First American Exchange Company LLC has purchased a 27,303 SF former assisted living facility on .53 acre located at 1516 Harmon Street in Norfolk, VA from MCAP Legion LLC for $2,050,000. Martin Murden, Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the seller.
  • Canterbury Townhouses LLC has purchased a 7,542 square foot retail building on 1.209 acre located at 10089 Brook Road in Henrico, VA from JWN Properties LLC for $1,375,000. Nathan Shor, Mike Zarpas and Chris Zarpas represented the seller.
  • O’Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. has purchased 9,064 square feet of retail space on 1.030 acre from 104 Currituck Commercial, LLC for $845,000. Mike Zarpas and Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
