NORFOLK, VA (March 2021) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $26 million in sales and lease volume on 138,066 square feet and approximately 12 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES: 

• Agent Wall Systems, Inc. has leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 1532 Ingleside Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the landlord.
• HY Wholesale LLC has leased 13,840 square feet of industrial space at 3559-63 Argonne Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
• Ogburn Construction, Inc. has leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space at 5772 Arrowhead Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. Pierce Jacobson and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
• WB Marketing has leased 5,564 square feet of office space at 251 Granby Street in Norfolk, VA. Pierce Jacobson and Ben Leon represented the landlord.
