NORFOLK, VA (February 2025) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $26 million in sales and lease volume on 172,003 feet and approximately 13 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:
