NORFOLK, VA (April 2026) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $28 million in sales and lease volume on 415,897 square feet and approximately 48 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:
NEW LEASES:
  • McDonald Garden Market has leased 7,719 square feet of retail space at Glenwood Square Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. Lindsay Bangel represented the landlord.
  • Virgin Med Transportation, Inc. has leased 5,700 square feet of office space at 2819 N. Parham Road, Suite 210 in Richmond, VA. Adam Shor, Andrew Brodie and Trib Sutton represented the landlord.
  • The Battered Badger, LLC has leased 3,128 square feet of retail space at 6545 Market Drive in Gloucester, VA. Anthony Grecco represented the landlord.
  • Carniceria Mi Pueblo & Pollo Pinulito has leased 2,750 square feet of retail space at 360 West Shopping Center located at 7112B Hull Street Road in N. Chesterfield, VA. Andrew Brodie, Trib Sutton and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.

  • Trolly House Refreshments Inc has purchased a 60,010 square foot industrial facility on 10.65 acres located at 2210 Paramount Avenue in Chesapeake, VA from CIG Paramount LLC for $6,250,000. Martin Murden and Austin Glaser represented the buyer.
  • Agree Development LLC has purchased an 8,500 square feet of retail space on 1 acre occupied by Boot Barn located at 2604 Conduit Road in Colonial Heights, VA from JWN Properties LLC for $2,300,000.   • 1072 Laskin, LLC has purchased an 8,375 square foot office property on 0.60 acre located at 1072 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach, VA from Lynnhaven International, LLC for $1,550,000. Austin Glaser represented the buyer.
  • 720 Woodlake Drive Realty LLC has purchased an 1,131 square foot Enterprise Truck Rental property on 5.60 acres located 716 Woodlake Drive in Chesapeake, VA from New Chesapeake Associates, LLP for $1,365,000.
