NORFOLK, VA (October 2022) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $28 million in sales and lease volume on 134,590 square feet and approximately 13acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Quilter’s Corner has leased 7,700 square feet of retail space in Sycamore Square Shopping Center located at 1245 Sycamore Square in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher and Andrew Thacker represented the landlord.
• Spero Health of VA has leased 3,696 square feet of office space at 312 Fairy Street in Martinsville, VA. Fenton Childers represented the tenant.
• Vape Stop has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 1510 W. Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Carter Wells and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
