NORFOLK, VA – (February 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $30 million in sales and lease volume on 287,826 square feet and approximately 15.5 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Home-Makers Furniture has leased 25,000 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Plaza Shopping Center in Midlothian, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
• Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority has leased 6,600 square feet of retail space at 408 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Martin Murden and Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the landlord.
• ASP Coastal Virginia has leased 2,955 square feet of flex condo space located at 543 Central Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. Pierce Jacobson represented the tenant.
• Column 15 Coffee has leased 2,505 square feet of retail space at James York Plaza Shopping Center in Williamsburg, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.

• VCC Partners LLC & Shamin VCC LLC have purchased the 109,313 square foot former Macy’s Virginia Center Commons Mall located on 9.077 acres at 10101 Brook Road in Glen Allen, VA from Impact Investment Group for $2,000,000. David T. Kalman represented the seller.
• 27^TH Street Enterprises, LLC has purchased a 36,764 square foot industrial property located at 1034, 1048, 1060 W. 27^th Street and 1039, 1041, 1043, 1045 W. 35^th Street in Norfolk, VA from Tidelands Realty & Southshore Development Corp for $1,950,000.
