NORFOLK, VA – (June 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $30 million in sales and lease volume on 334,800 square feet and 9.53 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Shoe City has leased 6,197 square feet of retail space at JANAF Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
• Clean Cut Graphics, LLC has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 5652 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
• Brick and Mortar Brewing Company LLC has leased 4,670 square feet of retail space at 212-218 E. Washington Street in Suffolk, VA. Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.
• Nephrology Associates of Tidewater, Ltd. has leased 4,440 square feet of office space at Fort Norfolk Plaza in Norfolk, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR handled the transaction.

• Excel Realty Holdings, LLC has purchased a 14,400 square foot Walgreens located on 1.74 acres at 2301 Lakeland Drive in Dallas, TX from AJC Drugstore, LLC for $5,675,000. Joseph Mersel represented the buyer.
