Dollar Tree Stores has leased 11,264 square feet of retail space in White Marsh Shopping Center located at 1870 George Washington Memorial Highway in Hayes, VA. David T. Kalman represented the landlord.
Jeremy K. Hendrick and Christopher R. Ford have leased 9,000 square feet of industrial space at 2593 Mulch Landing Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
